She has been in Real Estate for over 20 succesful years. Started in 1989 doing Financing, 1st mortgages, 2nd mortgages and refinancing.

After last properties' bubble ( 1992-1994), the Department of Real Estate authorized Brokers to go into both fields, so, she started working not only with buyers but sellers as well, helping them sell or find their dream home.

She has always committed to help people find the best deal to cover their needs and desires. She loves to work in Real Estate, she is a Broker and a REALTOR® that owns her company, "Own A Property Realty" located in Chula Vista, County of San Diego, Ca.

Marcela is a member of Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors where she participates as part of the Committee of Governmental and Political Affairs, and is always attending to seminars, webinars, courses, to be up to date in all new ways to provide better service to her clients.
